This device monitors how loud it gets in the unit, cigarette and marijuana smoke, and how many Bluetooth devices walk through the door. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options: Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability starting five days before your arrival date. Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed on the property. We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper, towels, and other consumables like k-cups, hand soap, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills. No Pets Security Camera is on the exterior of the building. The $35 "Management Fee" serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $500 in accidental damages. It does not cover negligence. or pet damage.** To ensure a smooth check-in experience and to comply with current short-term rental regulations, we ask that you complete a guest verification process through our trusted partner, Truvi. This step helps us provide enhanced protection for both our guests and our property. Truvi will reach out to you via email and/or text with instructions for verification. This process includes a real-time selfie and ID check, as well as a safety search. Additionally, you will need to e-sign our short-term rental agreement, which outlines the house rules and important information about your stay. Location was walkable to restaurants. Apartment was very clean! Adequate supplies were provided. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The apartment was very nice, had a great tv and available programming to watch. Tara, the host, provided very detailed info for everything from check in to check out. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely consider staying there again!

Tara was an amazing host! Her place felt right at home. It was really nice to experience how it feels like living in Chicago and it’s close to downtown. The area has a lot of options to eat and I like that there’s a park nearby where I was able to easily take the kids.

Tara’s place was clean, quiet, and convenient. The decorations and amenities made it feel like a home and not a quick put together place to stay. The location was in a peaceful area just north of the city with plenty to do. Tara was responsive and offered proactive recommendations along the way. Would come back to the city and absolutely stay here. Highly recommended

The apartment is great! It is updated with all the modern amenities you would need. The back deck provides a great place to drink some coffee in the morning. You really feel at home in the apartment. Plus it has a garage which is a rare amenity in the city. Tara was a great host to work with, communicating all the details about the apartment, and recommendations to try while you stay. I plan to stay here anytime I visit Chicago.
